Experience & Qualification Requirements

Essential capabilities

• Attention to Detail

 - The ability to meticulously review information and identify discrepancies in candidates’ backgrounds.

• Strong Analytical Skills -

Proficiency in analyzing background check results and making informed decisions based on the findings.

• Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying findings to HR and other stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Abilities

 A proactive approach to resolving discrepancies or issues that may arise during the verification process.

Qualification Requirements

• Graduation - Business/Human Resources (Preferred)

Experience

• Worked in a high volume/complex contact centre/operations environment
• Prior experience of HR operations including managing BGV

Key Accountabilities

• Conducting Background Checks: work closely with the BGV vendor to complete all mandatory checks in time.
• Investigative Research: Conduct additional research when discrepancies arise during the verification process and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of background checks, ensuring that sensitive information is handled confidentially.
