Associate Analyst Sales

Job Summary

Under direct supervision, provide general department support to the product and sales teams.

Job Description

• MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the product and/or sales team as required

• Duties may include: coordinating the flow of sample requests from reps, placing sample orders, labeling/re-labeling product, and packing/re-packing items. May require coordinating with the sales rep, account and/or manufacturer.

• Responsible for the proper receipt, stocking and organization of product samples, including all necessary components and literature.
• Identify issues on behalf of the product and sales teams. Escalate issues to the product or sales team.

• MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste and save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style,
• selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check and/or printing worksheets).
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text,
• selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane and/or print functions).
• Basic email skills (sending, receiving, and organizing communications).
