We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality Specialist 1 to join our team. In this role, you will not be responsible for precise data entry but also play a crucial role in analyzing customer documentation to define the necessary data inputs for setup parameters. By collaborating closely with Data Quality Specialists, you will facilitate successful and account setup for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition into our system.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in customer, data entry, account management, customer operations, or a related field required. Certification in data administration, customer service, or equivalent preferred.
