Job Description

Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and UL Solutions' growth objectives.
Build trusted relationships with senior customer leadership and position UL Solutions as a strategic partner and advisor.
Drive account growth through cross-selling, up-selling, renewals, and adoption of integrated UL Solutions offerings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple geographies, business units, and customer stakeholders.
Lead customer engagement by understanding business objectives, industry trends, competitive challenges, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with regional account teams, sales leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver a seamless

customer experience.

Coordinate cross-functional resources to support complex customer initiatives and global sales opportunities.
Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to strengthen account positioning and drive long-term growth.
Participate in account reviews, business planning, forecasting, and sales governance processes.
Comply with the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and all security, compliance, and information protection requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
9+ years of sales, business development, or strategic account management experience.
Demonstrated success managing large enterprise, strategic, or multinational customer accounts.
Proven ability to sell testing, inspection, certification, software, advisory, and assurance solutions.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills

Experience within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
Experience working with leading TIC organizations.
Background in Strategic, Key, Global, or Enterprise Account Management.
Strong commercial acumen with a successful record of driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex customer relationships across multiple regions.
Knowledge of certification, testing, inspection, regulatory compliance, advisory, and assurance services
