in managing day-day operations and Teams. The Assistant Manager supervises daily operations, ensures service excellence, manages team productivity, and supports operational planning. This job is for Kochi, India Location ONLY . Also this role is for managing the Team operations of Sales Managers at Kochi , who are responsible for Trips related quote creations and Negotiations . The Role will be assisting the CEO for daily DSR, Marketing & Sales Management activities.

Key Responsibilities

Allocate bookings and monitor execution timelines. Ensure TAT adherence across operations. Review booking accuracy before final execution. Monitor arrivals, departures, and service delivery performance. Ensure complaint handling and service recovery. Standardize operational workflows. Improve coordination between Sales and Operations teams. Maintain operational reporting and dashboards. Train new executives on SOPs and destination knowledge. Mentor team members to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Tourism Management preferred. 5–7 years of travel operations experience. Prior team supervision exposure preferred.
