Job Description – Assistant Manager – Operations

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in operations, preferably within the BPO sector, with
strong exposure to end-to-end operational activities

• Location: Coimbatore | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational activities, including daily workflow management, resource allocation, and process execution.

• Lead and supervise teams to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, TAT, and process efficiency.

• Handle client coordination, escalations, and stakeholder management.

• Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and company policies.

• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.

• Manage workforce planning, team performance, and employee development.

• Ensure smooth execution of all operational activities from process initiation to completion.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end operations and team management.

• Experience in process management, client handling, MIS reporting, and KPI monitoring.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting tools.
