ASSISTANT MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently for a wide range of products within defined timelines.

• Manage and monitor end-to-end B2B and B2C order fulfilment for the North Zone pertaining to the Ghaziabad DC.

• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery to meet customer requirements.

• Monitor and drive improvements in OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless order execution.

• Raise indents in the Transportation Management System (TMS) for stock replenishment from the South DC.

• Monitor dispatch activities and ensure on-time deliveries to customers and distributors.

• Oversee warehouse operations at the Ghaziabad Depot, including inventory accuracy, stock management, and storage optimization.

• Track order status, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve operational issues.

• Prepare and share regular reports on order processing, dispatch status, inventory levels, and service performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Requirement:

• 4-6 experience in Warehousing and Order Processing

• Any Graduate, MBA is desirable

• Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations

• Good knowledge of MS excels and SAP system

• Customer service orientation
