Key Responsibility Areas including preferred Skills and ExperienceHandling reinsurance contracts- Treaty, FAC set-up ;Perform cession calculations and validate, ceded premium and loss results from the reinsurance systemPreparing bordereaux, XOL and FAC billings to be sent to brokers/ReinsurersCollection of open recoverable, handle market queriesInvoice review, Receivable/Payables reconciliation & settlement, agree LORS settlementsCash reconciliation and allocationManual JE prep / support/ Topside allocationDeposit premiums adjustments ;Management reporting ;Regulatory reporting ;Competencies: ;Good communication both written, verbal, and analytical skillsGood decision-making skill ;Committed to achieving specific objectives and takes ownership for accomplishing them.Effectively balances quality, customer service and productivity standardsAbility to prioritize & multi-taskExhibits meticulous attention to detailGood problem solving & analytical skills ;Capable of working with tight deadlines and working under pressureEligibility Criteria: ;Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate in Commerce with overall 4+ years of experience for AM and 7+ years of experience for LAM ;2+ years of experience in the field of Reinsurance operations or accounting for AM and 3+years of experience in the field of Reinsurance operations or accounting for LAMClient management experienceProficiency in MS Excel (IF functions, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT, INDEXMATCH) and PowerPoint ;Desirable-Certification in P&C InsuranceKnowledge of London Market reinsurance preferred
