Job Description

Role - Your key responsibilities include -

Preparing and review monthly MIS, cash flow statements and financial statements timely and accurate.
Providing audit support.
Handling resource allocation for effective profitability.
Able to implement effective controls.
Having statutory knowledge of client requirements.
Handling escalation management.
Providing support to management for decision-making.
To take ownership of SLA and client handling.
Participating in the monthly review meetings with clients & team.
To assist in automation.
To guide and mentor teams, including those at senior levels, implement the processes and ensure process compliances, review data, analyse and present MIS reports.
To participate in process orientation or improvisation of the processes.
