Assistant Manager - Loan Facilitation

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for Loan Facilitation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the loan processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate loan approvals and disbursals, and managing relationships with lenders, clients and sales Managers.

• Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the team for key loan processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate loan approvals and disbursals.
• Manage a team to support sales managers and their clients for loan approvals and disbursals.
• Monitor loan documentation and processing activities to achieve loan approval timelines and disbursal targets.
• Coordinate with lenders to facilitate loan processing and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan processing activities and generate reports as needed.

Requirements

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience in loan processing or a related field.

• Strong understanding of loan facilitation processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• 5+ years overall experience in Loans and 2+ years team Management experience
• Any Degree

• Proven experience in loan processing or a related field.
