Lead procurement planning and AMC management.

Ensure complete compliance with LIMS protocols.

Establish robust audit trails.

Prevent data integrity breaches.

Ensure accurate laboratory records.

Lead internal and external audits.

Drive corrective and preventive actions.

Close audit observations within timelines.

Ensure zero harm laboratory operations.

Implement safe chemical handling practices.

Ensure environmental compliance.

Lead chemists, analysts, and support personnel.

Develop technical competencies.

Implement performance management and succession planning.

M.Sc. Chemistry / Metallurgical Chemistry 

Experience: 12+ years in metallurgical, copper, precious metal or refinery laboratories with minimum 3–5 years in supervisory role.
