Assistant Manager - Accounts

• Position Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Assistant Manager at Coperion, responsible for managing to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role involves handling routine accounting activities, statutory compliance, and supporting monthly and annual financial processes

• Work You’ll Do:

·         Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial records

·         Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

·         Prepare and review ledger accounts and account reconciliations

·         Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

·         Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections follow-up

·         Support preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

·         Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments

·         Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions

·         Support preparation of financial statements and reports

·         Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank transactions

·         Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors

·         Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Team:

This role will be part of the Accounts & Finance Team.

 

• Basic Qualifications:

·         Chartered Accountant (CA)

·         2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

·         Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting

·         Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

·         Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

·         Eye for detail and accuracy

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

·         Team player with a proactive approach
