Job Description

Fixture machining process (Milling, Turning and welding process)

Study and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
Coordinate with design and production teams for fixture development and process improvements.
Plan and monitor fixture manufacturing activities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Conduct dimensional inspection of machined and fabricated components using measuring instruments.
Perform fixture assembly and machine assembly as per technical requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
