Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Real
Estate Area Manager to handle and develop the Erode local market. The
candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, generating
property leads, managing sales activities, and building strong relationships
with customers and local property networks.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Develop and manage real estate sales activities
across the Erode local market.

·         Generate new property leads through field
visits, local networking, references, digital platforms and other sources.

·         Identify potential customers and convert leads
into successful property sales.

·         Develop strong relationships with customers,
brokers, agents, landowners and local business networks.

·         Conduct property/site visits and explain project
features, pricing and benefits to customers.

·         Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

·         Coordinate with the management and internal
teams for quotations, documentation and sales closure.

·         Monitor competitor activities and local market
trends.

·         Maintain regular follow-up with prospective
customers until closure.

·         Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update
lead status.

·         Build and manage a local sales network/team when
required.

Requirements

·         2–5 years of experience in real estate sales,
property marketing, field sales or a related industry preferred.

·         Strong knowledge of the Erode local market and
surrounding areas.

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·         Good local networking and customer-handling
ability.

·         Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.

·         Willing to travel within Erode and nearby areas
for customer meetings and site visits.

·         Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

·         Tamil communication is mandatory; English
knowledge is preferred.
