ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN – HIGH-RISE & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Location: Trivandrum
Salary: ₹35,000+ per month

Prepare detailed construction drawings for high-rise apartments, shopping malls, commercial buildings and mixed-use developments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Detailed architectural drafting
- Working drawings and construction details
- Municipal and approval drawings
- Coordination drawings
- Revision and as-built drawings
- Support architects during project execution
Key Performance Indicators
- Accuracy of drawings
- Timely completion of drawing packages
- Minimal drawing revisions due to errors
- Effective coordination with project teams
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI Draftsmanship / Relevant Technical Qualification
Experience
- 5+ Years in High-Rise Apartments, Shopping Malls, Commercial Buildings or Mixed-Use Developments
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- REVIT
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with proven experience in detailed drawings for high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use projects will be given preference.
