Description

Apprentice is a team member who has completed graduation with no work experience and will be provided training on the process under supervision of team leader. He/ She is expected to learn the process and complete the project within the timelines.

Qualifications

Fresher with Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Administration or Management, Master in Commerce, Master in Business Administration

AI Readiness: Textron expects employees to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively. Candidates should be comfortable learning and applying these tools, evaluating AI-generated output with sound judgment, and using AI in line with company policy and ethical standards. Prior experience with specific tools is not required — we value curiosity, adaptability, and good judgment.
