What You’ll Be Doing Specifically

• Work 40 hours per week from 9 am to 5 pm EST in a fully remote environment.

• Join daily team meetings and regular communication with management to stay aligned and high-earning.

• Lead prospecting and dialing with high-intent leads on a daily basis who have an interest in our products and services. Follow our proven setting script to book high-converting appointments.

• Qualify and manage expectations so appointments convert and you hit monthly revenue targets.

• Take a ½ calendar of inbound calls booked each day.

• Be active and a meaningful contributor to our sales team.

• Go above and beyond to find money sitting in our lead lists.

• Keep the CRM and sales tracker updated with detailed notes for all appointments.

• Meet with a sales manager for monthly performance reviews to look at your wins and sharpen your communication skills

Vision for This Role

• We have a world-class setting team where many have completely changed their lives and careers as a result of their effort to make the most of what we provide. Our top setters have generated $150k/mo in cash collected from their sets. High earners have made $6k commission months + fun company incentives for performance. As a setter, you will be stepping into a proven environment where your skill set will flourish and make you of the highest-earning in the remote high-ticket sales industry (even more than most closers).

• At a steady pace of ½ calendar of inbound triage calls, your expected take-home has no limit beyond your desire to make money and push your potential. Doing what’s expected of you will earn you $6,000/mo, above and beyond will mean $8,000+/mo.

• You will be speaking with leads who come fresh off (and into) our 4x 100% live weekly webinars, primarily driven by our massive organic following and paid advertising. We will also expect you to outbound dial at your KPIs and more should it mean it brings you more opportunity. And be a professional when it comes to managing your appointments to prevent wasted leads and opportunities.

Perks of the Job

• Earnings - OTE $72-$100k per year.

• Inbound leads - Daily inflow of leads coming into our webinar funnel + calendar-booked triage calls to qualify through to closers.

• Coaching - we do provide coaching, but encourage to pursue sales training outside of what’s provided here. This is an environment for top 1% salespeople.

• Flexibility - Remote, work from anywhere. Set your own schedule within reasonable boundaries. Freedom to take time off and vacation if notified in advance.

• Growth - You'll be a team member alongside a group of 20+ other setters for a company generating 5,000 leads per week and scaling toward 10,000 leads per week, 4x live weekly webinars, 15+ full-time closers and $10,000 average order value.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $1,500 USD per month

• Commission on cash collected: 3%.

• You get commission on all successful re-bills for up to 3 months

• Bonus on 20 sets booked = $150

• Bonus at 40 sets booked = $250

• Bonus at 60 sets booked = $350

• Bonus at 80 sets booked = $450

• Bonus at 100 sets booked = $550

• Bonus at 20 show from set = $250

• Bonus at 40 shows from sets = $500

• Bonus at 60 shows from sets = $750

• Bonus at 80 shows from sets = $1,000

Lead flow is consistent. We are able to generate 5,000 leads per week. We are looking to scale to 10,000 leads per week as we grow.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of high-ticket sales experience (phone or video calls)

• Proven track record of setting appointments for programs priced at $9,000+

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Coachable - you follow the script, take feedback, and put your ego aside

• Self-disciplined and able to work independently

• Comfortable with Slack, Close, and Gmail

Preferred:

Familiar with setting for coaching and digital service companies

This is not for you if:

• You've never done 200+ outbound dials in a day before

• You need constant hand-holding or supervision

• You're not willing to follow a script and a proven process

• You're looking for inbound leads and not willing to get your hands dirty

• You want a part-time job and “easy” money
