Job Description

To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of business-critical applications by providing timely technical support, issue resolution, and system monitoring. Act as a bridge between end users, development teams, and IT operations to troubleshoot application issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Hands on Mobile Banking Application Support
Hands on Oracle PL/SQL, Java, REST API, JSON, Android (Java with Android SDK), iOS (Swift with iOS SDK), Java with Spring Framework
Providing active support for the technical resolution of incidents, reacting quickly and as necessary to live application errors with respect to digital channels
Providing support and taking ownership of execution of assigned application related activities in the day to day operations
Adhering to prioritisation of individual incidents and supporting the delivery of solutions
Supporting the handover of new or enhanced software into business-as-usual (BAU) operation
Delivering the documentation to agreed standards, on time and error free
Providing 24/7 cover and support, expertise and specialised system knowledge to allow resolution of key incidents outside of business hours

Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant
