Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment

• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  - Responsible for team decisions.
  - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  - Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize application performance.
  - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  - Coordinate incident management and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues
• Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
  - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment using AWS services.
  - Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based applications and services.
  - Ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
  - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
  - Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices within cloud environments
• Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
  - This position is based at our Pune office.
  - A 15 years full time education is required.
