Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional solutions. The position demands continuous engagement in refining application features and ensuring seamless integration within the broader system landscape, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle

• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
  - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
  - Responsible for team decisions.
  - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with organizational goals.
  - Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions
• Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
  - Strong understanding of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments.
  - Experience with application configuration and customization to support complex business workflows.
  - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively across multiple platforms.
  - Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
  - Skilled in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions
• Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
  - This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
  - A 15 years full time education is required.
