Business Systems Analysts are responsible for evaluating organizations’ business processes and systems. They collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and create detailed documentation outlining system specifications. Business systems analysts also play a crucial role in facilitating communication between business users and IT teams to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals. Additionally, they may participate in testing, training, and provide support for the implementation and maintenance of business systems.
