Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations across various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Create, optimize, and manage product listings – including content, images, pricing, keywords, and categorization Ensure product availability and inventory synchronization across platforms Monitor and maintain healthy account metrics and performance (return rate, defect rate, order cancellations, etc.) Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers in coordination with marketing and sales teams Analyze sales data, category performance, and competitor listings to identify improvement opportunities Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for timely order dispatches and fulfillment Resolve customer escalations and claims in coordination with customer support teams Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and address any penalties or account health issues proactively
