About the Role:

As the

Alumni Relations Associate

at Mumbai, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding IIDE’s alumni network through consistent engagement, relationship-building, and strategic collaborations. This role involves coordinating alumni-driven initiatives, supporting placement opportunities, fostering industry partnerships, and driving outreach activities while ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and departments. You will work closely with alumni, HR professionals, and corporate stakeholders to create meaningful engagement opportunities and contribute to IIDE’s growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Alumni Engagement & Relationship Management:

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with IIDE alumni to strengthen and grow the alumni network.
○ Invite alumni for masterclasses, guest lectures, super sessions, panel discussions, and other engagement initiatives.
○ Actively participate in and support alumni-driven events, networking initiatives, and community engagement activities.
○ Share relevant job opportunities and hiring updates with alumni communities.

• Outreach & Corporate Relations:

○ Execute outreach activities through emails, WhatsApp, calls, and regular follow-ups.
○ Develop and nurture relationships with HR professionals, alumni, and key industry stakeholders.
○ Coordinate and facilitate agency/company visits through alumni connections.
○ Build collaborations with alumni-led brands and businesses for partnerships such as corporate gifting initiatives.

• Placements & Business Development:

○ Facilitate placement opportunities for IIDE students in alumni-led or alumni-associated companies.
○ Pitch corporate training programs and upskilling solutions to alumni companies and industry partners.
○ Generate referral leads for IIDE courses through alumni and professional networks.

• Internal Coordination & Additional Duties:

○ Coordinate with academic and course departments at IIDE for seamless execution of alumni initiatives and engagement activities.
○ Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams for projects and events.
○ Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

• Should Have:

○ Prior experience in client servicing, corporate relations, alumni relations, or stakeholder management.
○ Interest in placements, partnerships, alumni relations, and corporate relations.
○ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

• Nice to Have:

○ Experience working with educational institutions, alumni communities, or corporate partnerships.
○ Exposure to placement coordination, business development, or industry engagement initiatives.
