Job Description

We are seeking a Core Java Developer with strong backend engineering fundamentals and practical exposure to Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable enterprise applications while leveraging modern AI-assisted development and GenAI-driven product features.

The ideal candidate will also be an

early adopter of Generative AI coding tools

like

GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Groq, ChatGPT, or similar

, and leverage them to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and maintain code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable

Java-based backend systems

using Java (core/advanced/framework) or any other JVM technology.

• Adept in writing production quality scalable apps with coding agents like cursor, claudecode, codex etc
• Build high-performance, multi-threaded applications with clean architecture
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and user experience.
• Work with

REST APIs

,

JWT authentication

, and

cloud-based deployment environments

(AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Use

Generative AI tools

(Cursor AI, Groq, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize coding workflows, debugging, and documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, UX) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in

code reviews
