The Technical Lead is the senior architect and technical role in AiVA engagements. a client engagement is signed, this role owns the architectural pattern, the integration approach, and the technical quality of everything the AiVA pod builds. The role provides architectural direction, technical review, and escalation resolution. Accountable not for building skills but for the technical soundness of what gets built and liaising with the platform engineering team where necessary.
Contribute architectural patterns and technical playbooks to the Technical Lead community; refine standards based on engagement experience.
Mentor newer Technical Leads as the function scales; contribute to capability development across the cohort.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, data protection, security standards, and AiVA platform architectural standards across the engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
RRD's current salary range for this role is $129,500 to $207,200 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
