AGM - Data Analytics

You will play a pivotal role in enabling Legrand India to become a data-driven, insight-led, and AI-enabled enterprise, shaping the future of our digital and business transformation

. Data Strategy & Architecture

• Understand the current landscape and framework of Legrand India’s systems and data.
• Work with Digital Transformation Office in structuring the same and evolving the future frame work and system architecture.
• Define and execute the enterprise-wide data & analytics strategy under Legrand’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Build and govern a modern data architecture, including data lake on Fabric, data warehouse, ETL pipelines, and integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
• Establish best practices in data modelling, data quality, master data management, and governance.

2. Analytics Framework & Business Intelligence Solutions

• Study the business needs and build data analytics solutions using the existing tools and technologies.
• Deliver real-time and periodic insights using data analytics for business needs.
• Understand the current solutions and evolve and enhance them to give deeper insights to business teams.
• Implement advanced analytics solutions for forecasting, market intelligence, pricing, productivity, and channel insights.

3. Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Guide and train the key users from different functional domains in using data analytics.
• Engage with Business Heads to translate business needs into actionable analytics.
• Provide data-backed recommendations for GTM strategy, category growth, channel performance, NPI insights, customer segmentation, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with global and corporate teams to align tools, models, and standards with Legrand Group’s global analytics direction.

4. Product & Innovation

• Drive digitalization of processes with analytics embedded into workflows and decision systems

• Work closely with Digital Transformation team to build analytics solutions using Fabric and Azure framework.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; MBA preferred.

• Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Architecture roles.

• Good understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and sales analytics; electrical/industrial/FMCG

Experience preferred and will be added advantage :-

• Hands-on expertise with:
• Power BI / Tableau
• SQL, Python/R
• Cloud platform Azure – most preferred
• Fabric framework – most preferred
• Gen AI frameworks (MS/AWS/Google etc) and their use for data analytics and deep diving

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• MBA
• 5-10 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Architecture roles
