About the role To manage the student recruitment process, guide prospective students and their families through the application process, and represent the school in various outreach efforts. What you will be doing Represent the school at fairs, open houses, school visits, and other recruitment events. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants. Conduct outreach efforts via phone, email, and social media to engage with potential applicants. Guide applicants through the admissions process, including providing information about programs, deadlines, and requirements. Review and evaluate student applications, including transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters. Conduct interviews with prospective students and their families to assess fit and answer questions. Organize and coordinate campus tours, information sessions, and other admissions-related events. Assist in the planning and execution of orientation programs for new students. Maintain accurate records of all applicant interactions and application materials. Utilize admissions software to track application statuses and generate reports for the admissions team. Analyse trends in admissions data to inform recruitment strategies. Work closely with faculty, staff, and other departments to coordinate recruitment and retention efforts. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of admissions policies and strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Address concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience throughout the admissions process

• Who we are looking for: Position requirements: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, communication, or a related field. Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with admissions software and data management tools is a plus. Willingness to travel for recruitment events and work occasional evenings and weekends
