Job Summary: As an Academic Counselor at VVT Coaching Centre, you will serve a pivotal role in assisting prospective and current students in their academic journey, specifically focusing on admissions, cold calling, and counseling for NEET and JEE Main coaching programs.

Responsibilities:

Admission Process: Guide prospective students through the admission process for NEET and JEE Main coaching programs. Provide information on program details, course structures, fees, and other relevant information. Assist in completing application forms, collecting required documents, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. Cold Calling: Initiate outreach efforts through cold calling to potential students and their parents. Effectively communicate the

of our coaching programs, address inquiries, and promote the value of preparing for NEET and JEE Main with VVT. Admission Counseling: Engage with enrolled students to understand their academic aspirations and goals. Provide personalized counseling to help students create effective study plans, set realistic targets, and manage their time and efforts efficiently. Personal Development: Provide guidance on effective study skills, time management, and stress management techniques to enhance students' overall academic performance. Collaboration: Coordinate with admissions teams, faculty members, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive approach in addressing students' needs and concerns. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of counselling sessions, admission interactions, and follow-ups to track progress and measure the effectiveness of counselling efforts. Orientation and Workshops: Assist in organizing orientation sessions and workshops for new students, introducing them to the coaching center's resources, facilities, and academic support services. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about trends and developments in education, admissions processes, and coaching methodologies through ongoing professional development.
