What you'll own
You'll lead product for the entire NoiseFit app not a slice of it
- That means: ### Core Experience
- End-to-end app experience across health, fitness, wellness, engagement and connected-device features.
- Activation and the first seven days that determine whether a user stays.
- Daily habit loops—the features and nudges that bring someone back every morning.
- Health intelligence layer—turning raw sensor data into insights users can actually act upon.
- AI/ML-driven personalization through contextual coaching, adaptive goals and smarter recommendations.
Growth & Business
- Retention architecture including streaks, challenges, community and reward systems.
- Monetization opportunities including subscriptions, premium experiences and ecosystem partnerships.
- Experimentation culture through A/B testing, funnel analysis and rapid iteration.
- Device-to-app experience connecting what happens on the wrist with what happens on the phone.
- Cross-functional leadership across Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and Hardware teams.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone with
8+ years of consumer product management experience
and a proven record of building and scaling B2C mobile products.More importantly, we're looking for someone who:- Thinks about user emotion as much as user flow.
- Is deeply comfortable with product analytics using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase or similar.
- Ships fast, experiments constantly and makes decisions backed by data.
- Has exceptional product taste and strong design instincts.
- Can move seamlessly between product vision and execution.
- Is genuinely curious about Indian consumers and how they build long-term habits.
- Wants to solve difficult consumer problems at massive scale.
