Accounts Executive-(Senior)

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations. •Record financial transactions as per company policies and accounting standards. •Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets. •Handle vendor/client invoicing, payments, and expense tracking. •Support month-end and year-end closing activities. •Maintain accurate documentation and organized accounting records. •Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. •Coordinate with auditors, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. •Drive automation opportunities and support digitalization of accounting processes.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field. •Minimum 1 year of hands-on

experience

in accounts and finance. •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting. •Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems preferred). •Tech-savvy with a passion for automation tools and digital workflows. •Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance processes. •Strong in MS Excel and financial analysis. •Detail-oriented, accurate, and good with deadlines. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
