Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions Record day-to-day financial transactions using Tally software. Zoho Books knowledge is preferred / considered an added advantage. Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly and accurately. Financial Reporting Prepare and maintain financial reports including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement. Generate financial statements and MIS reports for management review. Budgeting Assist in the preparation, development, and monitoring of budgets. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective budget adherence. Audit Support Provide support during internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial procedures. Software Expertise Proficient in Tally for efficient and accurate accounting operations. Stay updated with new features and enhancements in Tally. Familiarity with Zoho Books will be considered a strong plus.
