Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience:

1-3 Years Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month Location: Nelson Manikam Road , Chennai Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of

experience

in accounting, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Accounts Executive, you will assist in managing daily accounting activities and ensure that financial records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Process invoices and ensure timely payments. Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance tasks. Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reports. Monitor and track company expenses to ensure budget adherence. Assist in audits and tax filing processes. Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of

experience

in an accounting or finance role. Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho books etc.) and MS Office. Basic understanding of tax laws, financial reporting, and accounting standards. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
