Accountant

This position is for Tecvesten client in Real Estate / Architecture industry

• To create the accounting entries.
• Create Purchase Order and obtain the necessary approvals.
• Create vendor Payment instructions and obtain the necessary
  approvals.
• Work with accounting team @ Tirupur for the consistency of
  the process and consolidation of the books.
• Keep track of the advance paid to the pending balance
  payments.
• Periodic & timely Review of expense claims from staff
  and clear it with necessary approvals post validating the company policy.
• Avoid last minute approvals.
• Suggest the fine-tuning of process to improve the efficiency
  but at the same time not compromise on policy.

Requirements

• Experience: 2- 5 year’s experience in managing the
  finance & accounts for a mid size company. 
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with good knowledge of
  accounting process
• Good experience in maintaining books in accounting software
  (Tally or similar). 
• Preference to candidates who have worked in the real estate
  / architecture firms.
