Accountant For USA Businesses

Summary We have an opportunity for a US accountant with a total career

experience

of more than two years in financial and corporate accounting. We are currently seeking a full-time Accountant for our USA Business.

Responsibilities

Financial Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial data. Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements. Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial closing activities. Financial Reporting: Generate various financial reports to communicate financial performance to management. Provide analysis and explanations for variances in financial statements. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations. Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and implement necessary updates. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. Provide insights into financial trends and make recommendations for improvement. Audit Support: Facilitate and support external and internal audits by providing requested documentation and information. Address audit findings and implement recommendations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations. Streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management, to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

Requirements

Requirements:

Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Experience

in Quickbooks and Google Spreadsheets tools Fluent English communication
