Accountant

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting both internal and external audits. Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, periodic reports, and supporting documentation for internal and external use.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory tax requirements.
• Support statutory, internal, and donor audits by maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients on finance-related matters.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and monitor financial transactions to ensure correctness and completeness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant

experience

in accounting.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word) and accounting tools — Zoho Books preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Benefits

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Salary will be decided mutually based on experience, skills, and fit with the team and organizational culture.
