Account/Finance Executive

We are looking for a Account & Finance Executive in the software/IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, GST/TDS compliance, vendor management, and basic budgeting

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including AP/AR, bank entries, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and revenue recognition as per company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for expense approvals and reconciliations.
• Process vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Support external/internal audits by providing required data and documents.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Maintain financial databases and ensure accurate record keeping
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• MBA in Finance or any relevant qualification.
• 1+ years of accounting/finance experience in the software or IT industry.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
