• Execution & Monitoring of the Centers and Staff.
• Coordinate with Assessment Team for Pre, Mid & Final Assessment.
• Coordinate with Placement cell for conducting OJT & Job Placements.
• Performance evaluation & monitoring of all staff.
• Monthly Action Plan and targets of Centre Mangers
• Weekly/Daily meeting
• Work closely with MIS updating & Center Reports.
• Monthly/Weekly progress report.
• Office Administration
• Mentoring & coaching the team.
• Ensure guidelines of HSSC, statutory requirements.
• Arrange screening process, enrollment, batch information
• Arrange batch wise timing, etc.MIS of H.O.& Centers
