Manage and lead team in the performance of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting processesHandle complex processes activities like billing, collection, cash and bank reconciliation, Fund and deal creation, invoice allocation, write-offs, GL accounting ;Work with the CLIENT team to resolve per escalation procedures approved by CLIENT.Timely communication of process updates to the team.Monitor Aged accounts receivable activitiesManage and resolve customer enquiries ;Prepare month end reportsEnsure adherence to the SLA ;Ensure accurate and timely month end close processingEnsure all the activities are completed within due dates specified by CLIENT ;Initiate and facilitate continuous process improvements. ;Work closely with team and Team Leads and ManagersCompetencies Required: ;Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenUnderstanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters ;Problem identification and analytical ability. ;Strong knowledge of MS Office ;Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement. ;Ability to discharge the responsibilities in a conflicting environment. ;Ability to lead in a continually challenging environment. . ;Conformance with Policies/Compliances ;Ability to coach and give feedback on an basis. ;Fosters a spirit of collaboration and team work ;Intellectually agile and analytical ;Makes the Client the compelling focus of the business ;Technical Skill Requirements: ;Strong accounting knowledge with O2C experience is preferredMust be computer literate; Excel, Word, PPTManages mid-size teams (Player/Coach)First level escalation for the team membersKnowledge of SAP systems is desiredGood written and Oral communication skills ;Ability to document the process ;Handles daily /weekly callsReview/QC tasks performed by associates
