🚀 Project Overview

The team is actively sunsetting a legacy Informatica MDM (Master Data Management) system and undertaking a brand-new, fresh-start (greenfield) implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud with zero legacy code migration. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, your primary objective will be to establish a modern customer data foundation by leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce. You will act as the crucial link between business stakeholders (Marketing, Product) and technical delivery teams to design unified data flows, drive data quality, and power next-generation sales and marketing capabilities.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Discovery: Work directly with marketing leaders and product managers to elicit, define, and translate complex business needs into actionable Salesforce Data Cloud use cases and technical requirements.

• Data Flow Architecture & Integration: Design and optimize data flows, system integrations, and business processes within Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Analytics & Reporting Support: Partner with data teams to ensure high-quality, reliable data pipelines that support downstream analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Bridge & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders, Salesforce Administrators, and data engineering teams to align technical delivery with business objectives.

• Greenfield Platform Implementation: Contribute directly to a "fresh start" implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud without legacy migration overhead.

💡 Must-Have Skills

• Experience Level: 3–5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst role or a related functional Salesforce capacity.

• Core Salesforce Configuration: Strong platform administration knowledge, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Builder.

• AI & Platform Features: Hands-on experience with Agentforce.

• CRM Domain Depth: Deep understanding of core Salesforce CRM structures and processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.

• Data Validation: Basic to intermediate SQL skills for running data validation, analysis, and quality checks.

• Business Analysis Foundations: Proven track record in requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and translating business requirements into technical specs.

• English Proficiency: Fluent English for daily written and verbal communication.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Advanced Data Platforms: Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Customer 360 architectures.

• Data Governance & MDM: Working knowledge of MDM (Master Data Management) concepts and enterprise data governance.

• Domain Experience: Prior experience supporting GTM (Go-To-Market) operational systems or marketing technology (MarTech) stacks.

• Reporting Support: Background supporting enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.

🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration

The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to US time zones (EST / CST). Flexibility to overlap with North America business hours is expected.
