Job Description

Reality Labs at Meta seeks a Director of Reality Labs Portfolio Marketing to lead category-wide marketing efforts across the Metaverse and Wearables. This role involves marketing multiple devices, emphasizing their interconnectedness. The ideal candidate will inspire a marketing team, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Privacy, Creative, Media, Communications, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include category marketing leadership, ecosystem storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, strategic focus on features and benefits, and supporting brand differentiation. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 12+ years in consumer marketing (8+ years in a brand marketing role), 5+ years managing teams, and experience with consumer technology and non-North American marketing. Preferred qualifications include experience in gaming, VR/MR/AR, retail, or relevant brands.
