Job Description

EagleBank seeks a Customer Service Representative to build and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include providing quality service, processing transactions, resolving basic service issues, identifying additional banking needs, and complying with bank policies. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of cash handling experience, and 2 years of experience in platform/opening/servicing/closing accounts or equivalent branch banking experience.
