Job Description

AppFolio seeks a Customer Care Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for property management customers. Responsibilities include resolving complex issues via phone, chat, and email; troubleshooting; guiding customers; and contributing to user success. The ideal candidate possesses a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in customer-facing roles (SaaS, property management, or technical support preferred), strong communication skills, and familiarity with property management workflows and accounting systems.
