Adobe’s Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization seeks a Lead Marketing Data Analyst to strategize and implement full-funnel marketing motions and measurement across media channels. This role involves measuring performance, setting KPIs, understanding product demand, evaluating investment efficiency, building analytical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements include 8+ years of experience in consulting, finance, strategy, or marketing analytics; strong problem-solving skills; proficiency in Python, Databricks, Tableau, or Power BI; and excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of mobile and Generative AI is preferred.
