Serendipity One seeks a Field Marketing Manager to execute impactful marketing activations on university campuses and in trendy marketplaces. Responsibilities include brand localization, campus and marketplace activations (pop-ups, student events), content and viral strategy integration (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), ambassador and team management, and budgeting/operational execution. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of field marketing, brand activation, or event management experience, a proven track record of successful offline activations, a deep understanding of internet culture and social media trends, and strong communication and organizational skills. Remote-friendly with local travel required.
